I just thought up a stupid yet practical idea that can't be traced back to you.

Welcome to SPECIAL ANIMAL FEEDING OPERATION!

It's using animals to do your bidding in order to wreck havoc on soyciety. You can finally interact with those cute deERs!

The idea is simple, is to feed animals so those animals associate humans with food, and expects it. When humans doesn't give them food, they will be aggressive and go to trashcans for food, wrecking havoc on civilization.

And you get to have feels good points too because you're so kind (virtue signal moment) feeding those poor starving animals

The penalty for it is usually low and unless you can be proven to have a malicious goal, the fines are small and low risk due to lack of CCTVs on wild parks.

In most places this is illegal, and thus I do not encourage it. Only feed animals on legal grounds.

How much resources would that take? Also what diseases could they (commonly) carry? No way you're gonna get black death operation unless your a BSL-4 lab scientist lol

very little, the problem is how tamed rats would survive in the city, perhaps a better idea would be pigeons, they eat anything and just fly everywhere
