Discussion Female boss tend to be more insecure which affects staff morale

No matter how they portray themselves they deep down feel a lot more insecure about what they're doing especially when they get higher positions.

That's why you always see then do annoying shit like micro management or excessively monitoring you. Also they always seem to have less confidence in their own team and need to keep checking with them.

Shit like this is very bad for staff morale. We already have enough pressure from work but imagine having to deal with someone insecure making a lot worse than if some more level headed guy was managing it.

This is so fucked up. Out of all the time periods I was born in, I have to be in the period where females are allowed to be bosses.

Foids never work for the betterment of the whole workplace, ESPECIALLY if they're in charge. It's always about themselves and the attention they can get.

this is the main reason why women are horrible at management level and higher up. its not a male vs female issue, its the womens attitude and nature itself.
