I think she's describing the blackpill, which is quite cohesive and has a set of agreed-upon basic tenets (e.g. face over personality, being taller makes you more dominant, etc.)—an ideology. But yeah, I don't think she's really saying these stuff from her heart as she is parroting from some script to virtue-signal to the most marginalized group of men.

An ideology is a set of beliefs. Beliefs are claims that are held as valid and true without evidence. Claims are either supported by evidence or they're not. Some claims are not verifiable or disprovable, as is usually the case with religions.
The black pill is a set of facts and conclusions reached from evidences gathered about human sexuality, dating, evolution, and other related domains. Black pills are not beliefs. There can be beliefs about the black pill or certain black pills. There can even be ideologies forming around the black pill. But calling the black pill itself an ideology makes about the same sense as calling a list of numbers an ideology. It's categorically wrong. Saying something like, "women are attracted to tall men over short men," is not a belief. It's literally a fact you can see in the data.
Stop perpetuating this false narrative that is thrust upon us by fools and subversive elements by continuing to use the erroneous and misleading term.
