This smells of outside involvement. One rioter had what looked like an LMG and another pictured above had a sniper rifle.
You don't find that shit just lying around in France. They have very strict gun laws. If you remember the Charlie Hebdo incident, the attackers were wearing assault gear and had AK-47s. Someone is clearly smuggling weapons into the country and arming the rioters.
