Yes I agree the Metallica albums Kill em all, Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning, and And Justice for All... are all great. The rest of their stuff I haven't really listened to, but when I do hear stuff like 'Enter Sandman' it's a fine song but it doesnt really compare to anything off of Master of Puppets. I also really enjoyed many of Megadeth's albums. Mustaine's vocals are great tbh.
