here u can buy a cracked ps4 and get games added into it for like 2$ the game, some ppl only buy one game then trade it for another used game when they get bored of it, some dont care they just buy the newest fifa every year and thats all they play
another problem in 3rd world shitholes is that even when u grow up and start making some money, assuming u dont work to sustain ur family and there's no way u moved out to live alone, its still gonna be hard buying games since like for example stores only get very popular games like cod or fifa or like whatever the big blugbuster so u cant get a niech game u want
another thing is that gift cards, wallet codes or whatever u call them dont sell here, so some ppl get someone to buy it for them in 1st world countries and send them the code and of course they going to charge u extra to make profit so ur over paying
personally what i do is look for ppl that want to sell their csgo skins or tf2 keys for cash and r willing to sell them for a good price, buy from them then sell it on the steam market to add funds to my wallet, problem is there isnt always ppl wanting to cash out, so i have to do it when i can and hold the items until i wanna buy something
