Factual. Homeless everywhere shooting up heroin, hippies, drunkards around every corner, strip clubs, prostitution, people pissing/shitting in alleyways, constant littering, homosexuals on skates, LGBT/BLM flags, niggers, etc.

It's the degenerate capitol of America. Although, the things I described can be attributed to about any US city, its particularly concentrated there however. Aside from Seattle, which might give it a run for it's money.
