This is only a small blackpill that proves once again that men objectively have it worse. Can I have a break, honestly? I was again complaining about my health and certain symptoms that wont go away and trouble me a bit. I didn't make any changes to my lifestyle so why would they, but still. Basically what he said is this. If you're a man and want to stay healthy, you have to do sports and exercise, otherwise, the most nasty chronic deseases, of which he named prostatitis, hemorhoids, various heart and blood vessel issues will start develop on their own. You can always accelerate them if you gain weight. That's understandable but it's not the worst part. I asked him why he puts emphasis on "man" and he told me that women on average, even if they're fat and don't exercise, don't develop particular health issues at the same rate as men, despite doing mostly sitting work and never going out. In other words, If you're a woman you can easily sit before the pc 24/7, eat shit, get fat and breathe fresh air like once a month and you still will be fine, mostly. As a man, even if you're slim, you cant afford to do all that without taking breaks and exercise, work out etc etc.
And that's the irony: men are forced to rot at home in loneliness and get sick because of it, while women aren't but even if they are they have extra health reserves to fall back on and LDAR until chad messages them.
