Also in those gyms, you'll learn how to defend yourself and hitting the bag actually burns a ton more calories than just weightlifting/running alone.

You'll be surprised how fuckin tired you get from hitting/kicking the bag 100-200+ times a day and jump roping.

I also set up my home gym, so I can exercise independently.
Much better than relying on a gym in my opinion for various reasons (saving money, lack of mogging, independence)
