Serious Had my first therapy appointment today

idk man, it was kinda good to vent, but at the same time, at some point it becomes obvious that the therapist is just doing her job and doesnt actually care, and it's kinda bleak but well

she told me that the fact that my coworkers are assholes who get mad about me getting sick is because im not nice enough to them JFL

also she told me to go when the time was up (30 min), then i came back after a moment bc i had forgotten to ask her for a doctor note for work, and she was in her desk doing nothing JFL

the spanish public healthcare system is saturated as fuck, and even then, she says since i need serious help, she gave me an appointment next month that was reserved for emergencies (would be several months otherwise)

it was a first session of telling her about my life and respond to some questions to prepare for the next, so not much, but she did say that if i was nicer to my coworkers they wouldn't be that way lol

I'm thinking about how to stop going to my weekly appointments with my foid therapist. It's getting harder everytime to conceal the fact that i'm a pessimist and that i've been having suicidal ideations everyday. I always try to center around how everyday activities make me anxious.
