I largely concur with OP. Thing I disagree with most, though, is one of the main points in this:

IQ, just like conscientiousness, isn't a meme. These are some of the most important factors that correlate with monetary success. Doctors, lawyers, engineers, major business owners, etc. tend towards having IQs that are at least above average. For example, I suspect that doctors would usually have IQs in the 120s to 140s range.
Obviously, being introverted and neurotic could hinder one's self, but this largely applies if one picks a job that involves lots of socialisation. One doesn't need to be low inhib and happy to be a radiologist.

My point isn't that IQ doesn't make a difference, my point is if you have an average IQ, then you have AN AVERAGE IQ, so how can you use that as an excuse as though there aren't other people with average IQ's that own businesses or became rich
