I think that the suicide is the only way to reduce a sexual desire. I'm sure that you do not like this answer.

I am muscular, since I am on this forum I stopped but before I was doing 300 pushups a day without any problem.
I was doing this to compensate for my lack of intelligence (my results at school are shitty).
And I thought it would attract girls (but not...)

Was in the same situation, I was going to kill myself due to the sexual frustration, finally just gave in and went to a brothel to lose my virginity

All the anxiety went away, porn started being good again (probably because sometimes I'm thinking about my first time even while jerking off to porn)

I really don't have any other suggestions, maybe someone else knows of some other kind of loophole that doesn't involve paying for sex
