My city is attacked and robbed daily by south "asians". I have no issues against the peaceful ones, but for those who offend, as per Islamic guideline, should be a "culturally appropriate" way for their treatment.

Funny because the triads hire them for this purpose. Many of them are rapeugees who have nothing to lose. So in a way, I agree.
