I'm 17 but people assume I'm under 14 based on my voice. I get anxiety over going on game chats because people have made fun of my voice/the way I talk. Just today, I was ordering pizza today and the employee on the phone asked me to speak up multiple times. I sound so fucking low T compared to people my age and I'm treated like a child despite being almost 18. As soon as I have the money, I'll start smoking in hopes that my voice gets deeper, but that might be cope . Can anyone relate?

This is true in this respect. My voice got lower as I aged, even after 17. In general, male voices mature all the way into our fifties. Yet another sign that men age like fine wine, while women peak young and then decline.
