His name is Tiago Henrique Gomes da Rocha and allegedly he killed 39 people between 2011 and 2014. He drove a motorcycle and randomly killed women Berkowitz-style. Despite that he had a girlfriend and after being arrested several women confessed to liking him just because of his looks. So much for personality...
