For now, euro boyos, multiply your weight by 2.205. for example 84kg = 185lbs. 84 x 2.205 is 185.22

Around 85 kg, give or take. Not sure about bodyfat, I would say 12-15%.

I have gained weight after I stopped gymcelling and healthy foods.

I'm 19 and my height is 170cm.
Maybe I'm 46KG after I weighed myself again, doesn't make a difference but hey..
 
I got so fat I stopped weighing myself out of depression. After a few months of eating street food I got Hypothyroidism again and gained 60 fucking pounds.

You should try to gain at least 15 kg if you can. Eat more and do some basic calestenics if your weight isn't health related.

Rarely eat at fast food and restaurants.

I never liked it on my bread, anything.
I dislike the taste of milk unless it's with cereal.

Cereal and bread are bad food, they contain pretty much no nutrients. Try to eat more proteins and fats and you will probably gain weight and feel better.

I'm not american so i won't answer with lbs. I weigh 65 kg at 181cm at the moment.
