Basically if you know anything at all about a given hobby, you can claim that it's your hobby and, if asked further, embellish and make up some story about it based on what you know. Even if it's fairly brazen lies, like something Trump would do. Preferably give a hobby which the normie in question won't be that familiar with, eg. if you're talking to a nigger, say you're into literature or sth
Alternatively, just find something obscure enough that normies aren't likely to know anything about it, and then you can claim it's your hobby and they won't know enough about it to disprove that. There's a few sports which barely anyone plays, so if you have some vague idea of how it's played then you can convince most normies that you're into it. Or, if not a sport, some sort of craft or w/e

Normies don't have hobbies, they just watch jewflix and hang out with other normies
People do go hiking in groups, you don't have to specify that you only do it alone
Plus it involves physical exertion + sightseeing, so among normies it's usually fairly respectable. A few normies probably have IGs with plenty of hiking pics. You can talk about some of the scenery on the trails you've been on, some difficult parts, or about how it's peaceful or w/e outside the city. You can also embellish a bit. Like, if you're concerned about it sounding solitary, you can occasionally mention a friend being around, or say sth like 'There's some new hikers I met who were struggling a bit bc. of this,' etc. Or just straight-up lie and say that what you like about it is meeting some interesting people
I think there's some hobbies which would be difficult to mention in normie circles, but hiking should be doable
