I am afraid of losing fat in my face since my nose is very big

I guess my nose would look even bigger if i lose fat at my cheeks, what are your thoughts about that? Any gymcels here? I am 6'4 and at around 22% BF

Cope. You can't just tack on additional bad features to somehow minimize your other ones. Being fat = bad. BIg nose = bad. You can control one of those on your own without surgery.
