The only mental mechanism that could make the female brain be much pickier than the male brain is being less sensitive and responsive to sexual stimuli, aka stunted sexual desire. So they need a chad to feel what we feel for the average becky. This would mean that yes, they would still want the best they can get in an all chad world, they would still be attracted to 99% of men.

Female sexuality isnt that different from ours, it doesnt just stop at a certain percentage of males. It's like male sexuality but way less intense.

Imagine living in a world full of only ugly bitches, yes you would try to sleep with the hottest one, but not because you think she is very hot, but because that's all you can get.
