It’s reality for many of us. A man my height (5 foot 6 inches) has to make $175,000 to be seen as human (6 feet).
I’d only work 9-5 if the job had a LIVABLE wage, and you weren’t treated like inhuman garbage (which honestly sounds like a fairytale nowadays).
Even then, I would only do that for a decade tops.
