These are some of the laws I would create.
1. The age of consent is 15.
2. The day a male turns 15 years old, he will be assigned a 15 year old female by the government who will become his girlfriend. When a female turns 15, she will get assigned a boyfriend but she doesn’t get to choose who. The government will randomly pick a 15 year old male to become her boyfriend. However, the male is allowed to accept or decline this girlfriend. If he decides to decline, then the government will assign him another female until he is satisfied. This is an important system of Incelistan. Anyone below the age of 15 will be single, but once they turn 15 they are randomly assigned a partner of the opposite gender. Anyone above the age of 15 will already have a partner. This is why you can only get assigned a 15 year old. All couples in the country will be the same age. However, there is an exception. When a male turns 15, he has the option to refuse a girlfriend. Instead, he can choose to pick a female under 15 to become his girlfriend. This means that he will have to wait until she turns 15. She will be reserved for him and nobody else can pick her. So a 15 year old male can decide to reserve a 13 year old girl. By the time she is 15, he will be 17 and she will be assigned to him.

If the girlfriend does not like the boyfriend and refuses to love him, the government has a special program called 365 days. This is where the girlfriend becomes a slave to the boyfriend for one year. He can do whatever he wants to her without any legal consequences, including rape. She is not allowed to do anything without his permission. The goal is to make her fall in love with him during these 365 days. Although it is illegal for females to leave a relationship, males are allowed to do so. But they only get to do it twice in their lifetimes. So if a 15 year old male gets a 15 year old girlfriend, he can decide to leave the relationship if he gets tired of it. And then he can get assigned a new girlfriend. What if a 30 year old male decides to leave his girlfriend but doesn’t want his new girlfriend to be a 15 years old? Then he can pick an older female as long as she has been left by her current boyfriend. When a female becomes single as a result of the male breaking up with them, they will be placed in a special list called ’’used females available for taking (includes females above the age of 15)’’.
