What is so funny about the bluepill is that it negates biology. A bluepiller is akin to a religious, they build a mythological framework to rationalize what they see when in reality it is simply biological/physical, rational. A religious will see thunder and say it's a god (vs physics). A bluepiller will get rejected and say it's personality (vs biology).
