Yeah the one time I did +24 hours my body started entering ketosis n I felt this warm feeling in my body felt good but I broke the fast before completing ketosis

nice . longest ive done is about 36 hours going to do another one this week

meh I do it about 2-3 times a month tbh but then that's an inability to consume food due to major alcohol withdrawals making me vomit. So cant really speak much on the benefits. Guess I kind of lost some weight so some good I suppose.
