OCDcel here. It's best to just face that it's over.
I have given up on all this a year ago and now experiencing nothing but apathy.
Unless you're willing to take cocktails of antidepressants for the rest of your life (yes, by rest of your life I mean it) then it's literally over. If you take the meds the shrink prescribes there is only a slight chance you might recover significantly and for a long time. The other option is that you will try dozens of different meds in desperation only to fail and make everything worse.
Nonmentalcels will never understand what's it like to live in our shoes. What's it like to be afraid to even say a single word to a femoid. I have given up on trying to cure this life-ruining anxiety disorder simply because it's 99% pointless. Treatments like therapy or meds may only give you a 20-30% improvement but it's honestly far, FAR from enough to be able to talk to normie Stacies etc. It's much easier to just put a bullet in your head trust me on this one op, OR... just live as an incel for the rest of your life. I have switched to trying to find happiness in other sources in life. Including but not limited to extreme drug abuse. Been addicted in a stable manner to multiple other drugs besides my ocd meds. At least I have something to look forward to at home.
