Say some groups of ethnics are too annoying, and/or costing the state money instead of generating money for the state. What can the state do.

-get more selective with that group to weed out the genetic failure subhumans.
-going from importing equal numbers of single women and single men from that place and stop importing single males altogether from that group, unless the guy has an in demand STEM degree/trades skill or have some other useful thing like are rich.

-If that ethnic group still isn't working out, then reducing the numbers of slots given for them.
-there is always more subhumans trying to immigrate so we can pick and choose who we want, some groups work out better than expected.

The way peoples brains work they think in extremes. Like either pro or anti immigration. But there is also the realm of policy makers, if we are going to have immigration how should it be done. Who should we let in and under what terms. Then it also affects other areas of policy like housing, infrastructure, work credentials, work permits, etc.
