Most communists subscribe to Marxist-Leninist based thoughts, the idea that the state must be overthrown and ruled by a vanguard party, exporting international revolution and eventual global stateless classless stateless borderless world at least in their core belief, so I feel like it is accurate.

The best system would be something along the lines of corporatism/national socialism.

Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, USSR or even modern PRC comes to mind.

Now, people may argue that in Italy, wages haven't raised and Nazi Germany people overworked more...
