My impression of Iran based on the numerous Iranians I have met and videos like this is that Iran is like South America, poorer quality of living than the West, but the people there are still degenerate. The big difference is the crime, or lack thereof. I’m not surprised the infrastructure in big cities looks nice though. The Tehran Metro looks nice and I once saw a video of an Iranian mall that looked spectacular.
