First of all, I must say that most mentalcels are ugly on top of that in my experience. I've yet to see a handsome mentalcel, normies with mental disorders are eccentric and Chad just has a quirky charm, unless they're totally insane and hallucinating and shit.
Anyway. What happens when people turn ~35 is that a lot of the uglier and less successful women are starting to get desperate. They've fucked their fair share, they've had plenty of relationships, and now they just want a beta to drain his soul and bank account and pop out a few kids. And so that's when the first time in their life some ugly guys get attention from women, if they have a good salary of course. Those are your simps, white knights, bluepilled morons. But some blackpilled incels will fall prey to this too. It's not their fault, after a lifetime of isolation and sexlessness, even that used up whore will appeal to some.
But here's the caveat. At that age pretty much all normies are ugly anyway, many men are bald and fat. An incel won't stand out as much as before. But if you're a mentalcel, there are so many more aspects of your life that have gone wrong that there aren't many women on this earth who will put up with that, much less when there's plenty of desperate bluepilled lonely and old losers out there with a fat wallet. On top of that, mentalcels usually just stay holed up in their rooms, the chances of them actually interacting with a woman are much lower.
