Idk in the genre you're looking for. Morrowind is probably the best RPG I've ever played. Mass Effect 1 and 2 also good. Fallout NV was also great. But they're all a bit old and outdated.
If you enjoyed bloodborne you'll like Elden Ring I guess, I personally don't like either.
In 2024 it's mostly indie games, currently playing Against the Storm but it doesn't fit what you're looking for.
Man I haven't finshed it mang, and the new DLC either dropped or is about to drop mang
