How can we brutally, effectively rewire a high inhib brain ?

It’s possible, but probably very hard. The best way is probably slowly building up to it with slow behavioural change, and slowly your habits will also change overtime. Unlike looks, it’s easier to psyop yourself if you really wanted to.

Positive reinforcement can help reduce inhibition, but if you have been high inhib your whole teenage life and your early 20s too then there is a very high chance you will stay like that for life

It is possible but not a easy task

Some drugs could help

if you really want to fuck up your brain irreversibly beyond repair but also be low inhib i recommend SSRIs. i think some of them they block cortisol production a lot and eliminate anxiety ocd and that kind of stuff. Some SSRI studies show that it rewires the brain but IMO the side effects outweigh the benefits (emotional blunting, memory loss etc.)

I think this is related to physicality.
If I magically transform into a strong male with broad shoulders and big hands and feet, my inhibition will automatically become lower.

Yes, will take a lot of behavioral adjustment, you’ll have to start small. Even just saying hi to strangers on the street is a start.

I can speak from personal experience that this does NOT work

Read this study:

Dopamine 2 receptors dictate social hierarchy.

A lot of dopaminergic drugs make people more confident and many gabaergic drugs make people more low inhib, essentially if you can raise your dopamine and gaba baseline you can become more confident and low inhib. So what works? Jogging, meditation, supplements. Also avoiding unnaturally stimulating things, like excess sugar, masturbation, porn, drugs (as they will only work temporarily,) and the list goes on.

From what I remember and have understood, regular exercise ie jogging can increase dopamine production. The effect lasts over a week and might be cumulative. Same goes for meditation and yoga.

Orgasms will increase your prolactin which counteracts with dopamine. This is not meme broscience either, you can search the relationship of dopamine and prolactin yourself by google.

Porn and other unnatural extreme stimuli like drugs or even sugar will make your dopamine receptors less dense, thus making the dopamine you have in your system less efficient in doing its job. Also scrolling on electronic devices all day is unnatural stimuli, which leads to less dense D2 receptors.

There are also certain supplements that can work, I take vitamin E, tribulus, apigenin, D3, sometimes P5P, schisandra, ginkgo biloba and sometimes ginseng as they all lower prolactin.

My advice? You don't need to go overboard with all of this. Just reduce your screen time, exercise, don't watch porn and don't masturbate, take vitamin D3 and meditate daily. It will take time but after a week or two you'll notice a difference. That is, if you're willing to go through all of that.

Experts have long understood that regular running raises dopamine activity in the brain and may protect nerve cells from damage. In addition, past research has tied exercise-driven boosts in the dopamine-triggering chemical called brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and in dopamine levels to improvements in learning and memory.

The runners also showed a nearly 60 percent increase in BDNF levels compared to their non-running counterparts. Notably, the increase in dopamine release remained elevated even after a week of rest.

Dopamine (DA) holds a predominant role in the regulation of prolactin (PRL) secretion. Through a direct effect on anterior pituitary lactotrophs, DA inhibits the basally high-secretory tone of the cell. It accomplishes this by binding to D2 receptors expressed on the cell membrane of the lactotroph, activation of which results in a reduction of PRL exocytosis and gene expression by a variety of intracellular signalling mechanisms. The hypothalamic dopaminergic neurons, which provide DA to the anterior pituitary gland, are themselves regulated by feedback from PRL through a 'short-loop feedback mechanism'.

Just showing that I'm not pulling this stuff out of my ass

Dopamine = social status, dominance, virility and health.

I think I've effectively become low inhib because I don't care what anyone thinks around me. As long as it won't get me in legal trouble in today's Clown World, I don't care. But, it's not based in confidence, so it's not real.

Just brainsmash bro. Hit your head with a sledgehammer until you either transform to NT mogger or become a vegetable (in video game). We need to make this a meme.
