The Sewers are available only to members, so if a post from the Sewers gets logged onto IT, than we just have to back trace who all viewed that post, the time between the Sewer post and the IT post, and compare and contrast.
IE we need to start SewerMaxxing if we want to purge all IT infiltrators.

She very clearly has all the features and discernible characteristics of a face. Sure, Tatsuki Fujimoto's art style—the ricecel mangaka who drew my avi—isn't meticulously detailed and true to life like, say, Takehiko Inoue or Makoto Yukimura's, but I prefer it over theirs because it allows for a dynamism and idiosyncrasy you can't really get with art that leans towards realism
