If a company wanted skilled employee they could get it easily from a top level woman. There are plenty of smart guys that would be happy to meet up with average company. Average women are at best "secretary material". If a girl wants a prestigious job she is most likely going to be depressed and unfulfilled. management is something for men and top level women.
