Drop your Kinos, and optionally, a new release you enjoyed.

Good Time (2017)
Videodrome (1983)
Funny Games (1997)
Zatoichi (1962-1989)

Late Night with the Devil (2023 technically, but came out in theaters in 2024) was a pleasant surprise imo. Dastmalchian is quickly becoming one of my favorite actors, seems like he's in everything nowadays.

Red Rooms (2023)

Antichrist (2009)

Looks interesting and I don't watch many French films when I probably should see more. Will check it out.

Liked and have seen Nightcrawler, Se7en, Salo, Cube (and its unfortunate sequels) and Amadeus.
Out of the bunch The Captain look the most interesting imo, I'll check it out.

The Captain is pretty good. The cinematography is gorgeous, and the main character, Willi Herold, is excellent as well. The film is entertaining and profound throughout.

Holy Kino ^^
Really, really solid picks Bianor. (for some reason it's not letting me quote you, too long maybe?) Honestly 2003's Elephant just wasn't for me I suppose. For only being like 80 minutes long it was rather boring and not even the shooting scene made it up for me. I'd recommend the 1989 Elephant over its successor.

It’s because I put it in a quote (otherwise it’d be annoying for people viewing the thread having to scroll down)
