It's recreational in only 23 states & DC, in 15 it is recreational, and in 8 it is decriminalized for rec usage(6 of those are medical states). But it is still federally illegal, and if the Fedniggers really wanted to they could say to all the states with legal/medical usage that they need to stop.

Sadly, my shitty state would be one of, if not the very last to legalize it: Even if it became legal federally the Zio-Con boomertards who run the state would waste tons of money & time doing their best to restrict or even prohibit it.

I think the biggest mistake towards marijuana legalization was claiming that it had medical benefits. You NEVER step on (((big pharmas))) toes or threaten their bottom line in the US. Now its over, it will never be legal.

Claiming it has medical benefits -very factual claim with supported scientific & empirical evidence- actually backfired for anyone who supports legalization. Now that big Pharma knows their monopoly on peoples medicinal usages is threatened -since people will ditch the jewmeds- they will lobby against it however they can. Even though its ‘legal’ for recreational use in some states its still technically illegal because federal law overrules state law.

Yup, if they wanted to they could force the states to shut down their legal or medical industries. Which would put tons of people out of work(possibly pushing them into poverty), force them to use Alcohol or harder drugs to cope with life,

If the federal government wanted to charge you with possession for even a gram, they have every right to.

Sadly, I think mine won't. Not at least for a long fucking time. Most people in my state would support it, even all the "Conservatives" since many of them smoke themselves. Considering how bullshit this country is, it wouldn't surprise me if this happened.
