I've been trying to improve my sleep by staying up late and falling asleep in between 1 and 4 pm. I went to bed at 1 pm and woke up between 9 and 12 am the last two days. I tried to fall asleep again after waking up at 8 pm despite going to bed at 4 pm today. Why the hell am I having trouble falling asleep at night? It seems like every time I try to fall asleep at night, god just wants to screw me or something. I also find it difficult to stay up all night because there are no games or movies to watch. Can I play any games that you guys recommend? Sadly, I don't have any money right now. I can, however, pirate single-player games.

try watching asmr vids, download a blue light filter app for your phone, if its too warm in your room get an air conditioner from your parents, it helps me sleep :feelsokman:

set your alarm to seven o clock in the morning and instantly walke up (and play games or something)

you need to be tired to sleep

buy some melatonin supplement. it helps you get to sleep faster and knocks you out for longer.

I can't live without melatonin because it is the only way to deal with depression. I need to knock out fast because i don't wanna lay on my bed in misery with miserable thoughts.
