I don't think it is fake. The pictures are just taken differently and they wear taken at different times. In the first pic she probably weighed slightly more than in the 2nd pic, plus her hair and the darker environment obscures more of her face.
In the second pic she appears to weigh less, her hair does not obscure her face as much, and the lighting is very bright.

However I am sure that at some points she has probably had several plastic surgeries. Probably buccal fat removal and a few lifts, maybe a neck lift, if I had to guess. But I actually think her jaw has always been highly defined and square. It is her phenotype.
