1.) Take a shit.
2.) Flush the toilet.
3.) Dip bunch of toilet paper into fresh water inside of toilet (because you flushed).
4.) use this soaked paper to wipe again.
5.) repeat until fully clean.

This is best done at public toilets. JFL if you take a shit, wipe with dry paper, and leave the bathroom! Shit crust is still on your asshole.

(remember to wash your hands).
