The main goal of a Mass-murder should never necessarily just be about getting the highest kill count, the main goal should be to send a message to society and to ensure that your message gets received by as many people as possible and spreads to all four corners of the world, from east to west and from north to south!
In that sense, Elliot is a far better mass murderer than Cho. Cho got the highest kill count, but Elliot is the more notorious and well-known throughout the world because he left a greater message, and that’s why Elliot will always be one of the best mass murderers
