I swear he keeps his lights on 24/7 , it can be 3am or 6am in the morning and as soon as I get to the kitchen I can see the lights are on from the window. The only thing separating our houses is a fence that you can easily jump over, but he doesn’t seem to bother cutting the grass in his backyard so it’s almost the height of the fence now.
