My foid manager, co workers, and I have a talk every morning going over our numbers. At the end of the conversation she notices my autistic co-worker seeming down, so she makes a normie comment saying “Use your handsome charm”. Instead of him laughing it off or ignoring it, he says his true feelings out loud “Could you just stop!”.

I realized how severe his autism was and how he ended his chances of ever being treated like a Normal human in the workplace. ( for reference, I’m borderline NT so I can control myself )
