Dialects have started to disappear in Finland, so they started to have promotions to dialects!!

I am probably one of the last people who speak the "karelian" dialect (I am old as fuck (30))

Standard Finnish: I, you = minä, sinä
Capital city Finnish: I, you = mä, sä
Eastern Dialects: mie, sie
Western Dialects: mää, sää
ETC

There are dozens if not hundreds of ways to talk about people

There are more differences in vocabulary of course and some grammar.
But most young people talk like the capital city idiots.
Even where I live (Karelia)

When I was young, everyone spoke like me. Now that I am an adult, I only see people close to my age speak like me.
People younger than me speak like cringe wannabe tiktok stars

kinda sad dialects are starting to disappear
whatever, no dialect for your face
