But, with my situation now, I have normie acquaintances telling me to reach out to people I haven't contacted in months or even years. It's not the first time I've gotten this advice --- I was told similar things when I recently graduated.
IMO, if someone comes up to me, without speaking to me for YEARS, and starts asking if they have any job connections, I will fucking ghost them. Reaching out to people for personal benefit is shitty.
