Then there's another 20-30% of guys who can sorta kinda get laid a couple times a year but don't really get much in terms of relationships. About 20% has stable gfs/spouses and the remaining 40% are low effort relationships in which people break up every few months, girls cheat, guys are cucks etc.

Because I actually leave my room at times and see what the world is like. Sure, it's nowhere near as it used to be, with lots of guys single, in fwb relationships or some other stupid open relationship things. But they're not incels, they do go out with friends and they do score a drunk pussy every now and then. About 1/3 of the young males are in relationships, that's something you can easily notice by going out. They are likely not very good or stable relationships, but they do live together and have sex. Probably.
