For me, it would probably be a 10. I am extremely lonely and don't have anything going for me so all I can do is talk to myself. I have no friends irl and no one who cares about me. I'm always by myself and it's driving me into a deeper depression.

I'm alone, but I don't feel loneliness. Everyone's constitutions are different and for me loneliness is not something that affects me these days. Maybe it's because it one day used to and my mind and body have simply adapted.

I´d say 8. The only interactions I have, are with Cashiers from local stores and random Boomers, when I walk outside in the late evening

Used to be a 10/10, but I have made up with my parents (at least my mother), made new friends online and have some aquaintances irl that I can kind of talk to. But no genuine irl friend. So I would say 7/10 now.

I don’t think you can measure something as complicated as loneliness.
I think the whole “male loneliness epidemic” is just a byproduct from 60% of young men being stuck at the bottom of the needs hierarchy, I think our feelings of loneliness streams form something a lot more dark and bleak then lacking friends or a gf.
Basically we have negative value and are very pissed about it.

I occasionally go to the casino to hangout and do nothing really. Just eat, drink, and people watch most of the time.

I'm completely isolated. I don't speak to anybody IRL for weeks and months. But I'm mostly used to it. I have moments where the loneliness hits me, but I've become very introverted (which means I don't enjoy being around people and find it very draining).
