Society despises men if they appear intelligent because they conform a lot less easier and are more prone to divert from the pack on any number of opinions. This doesn’t apply to women as being a hive minded npc is hardwired into the female psyche from birth, although minor exceptions to this rule are less common but they do happen. It pretty much explains why nerds are bullied.
Guys who appear jocky tend to uphold the status quo in most societies (this is mostly the judgement made off appearances alone, not counting what might actually be taking place inside their heads, and society enforces this stereotype) Society tends to also favor those men with appealing attributes and any man who might be lacking in certain physical traits might be seen as less trustworthy, so hence these men are more likely to develop opinions that stand in opposition to the status quo. Since this cycle keeps repeating, there is really nothing that can instruct society to accept them, deep down, no matter what kind of nominalism that society develops over “social progress”, aesthetically we still are very much animals at our core and the beautiful will always triumph over the ugly, breeding more resentment.
Which is why so many people hate the fact that we live in the “age of nerds” as the sentiments of the have nots can never be fully satisfied, likewise if the shoe was on the other foot, society would be completely ordered, but there would be no freedom of arts and sciences, where true progress is made. The best thing for all intents and purposes is a balance between the two, but since women complicate matters by creating social hierarchy, both sides of the argument can never reach an agreement. This is why it is so pertinent that women never involve themselves with the social fabric of any given community. As it is they that create these hierarchies and men could break bread with other men who might stand in the opposite aisle, if women were never thought of as more than aesthetically beautiful reproduction machines, devoid of agency and the rights to enter into a social contract which guarantees “the haves” and “have nots” are always in conflict. Peace at last.
