This is total bullshit. I was in middle school, high school, and now I am going to university, and people were/are assholes, alcoholics, bullies, people who treat others like shit, misogynists etc, they have girlfriends.
Many women simply don't care if someone has a bad personality if he is extroverted and/or looks decent enough.
If by 'bad personality' you mean shy or introverted, then okay, but this is highly unintuitive, since a bad personality by default means bad behavior, and incels are mostly timid people.
Saying bullshit in an obscure forum =/= saying those things in real life.
