https://news.yahoo.com/pornhub-bloc...-verification-laws-take-effect-033830719.html
My comments: This is the way to go after the pornography online. Is you start with the underage laws. Making sure the companies have verification for their customers and the porn stars that they are over whatever the legal age in that state is. Basically this means people would have to show their credit card and ID to the porn site, which most people don't want to do.
-Another avenue is going after the porn companies for human trafficking and whether they have legal permission and copyrights for all the video they have.
-And another path is the prostitution aspect, making the companies police prostitution on their platforms.
And bringing cases against the porn companies where they have violated the laws. What the intent is, is to keep increasing the costs and hoops and legal risks, so that its easier for the businessmen just to shut down the sites and do some other business. Or to just shut down the site and keep all the money they have gotten so far from it. A key to getting rich and keeping the money is knowing when to move to something else.. something Andrew Tate failed on. Instead of an idiotic plan to have women being cam whores, Andrew Tate could have gone back to being into MMA, or he was doing good doing lifestyle videos.
Eventually the plan will be put pressure on the internet providers and platforms like google that they don't have any of the above on their platform. So then its easiest for them to just wipe that stuff right off their search engine. How it will go for regular people is one day they will go to search for porn and it just won't be there. Its like people in these two states went to go to the porn sites and they were closed off.
