Do you have an army of reddit accounts to mass report ppl? Because it's impressive you get them banned so fast and I assume that reddit moderation is mostly automated so it's bots who do the job.

No, I do it manually.
I'm pretty sure reddit hires pajeets to do the moderation since I can get someone banned simply for including words like "kill" or "kick" in their posts.
