Serious Serious question: Why didn't ER ever consider Rape?

Same reason why he didn't accept his father's offer to get him a prostitute to lose his virginity to. He genuinely wanted to be desired by a woman for what was in his heart. From what i remember his whole issue was getting women to notice him or talk to him and cornering a young woman so you can rape her in modern times is almost impossible unless she is groomed by the rapist into getting her into a secluded space. Think about this way, if you decided you wanted to rape someone to ascend what real options do you have? Unless you are in the third world then forget it.
