Based Starting nofap from today and other food diets

Today is Day 1 of no fap - nothing change
Also I am avoiding junk food and other salty foods it's making my face look puffy
Tried facial exercise nothing change for now I am gonna keep doing it for 12 months
Drinking of water is bases
